We'd like to announce that Dave Lipkind (formerly of I Can Lick Any Sonofabitch In The House) is officially joining The Runaway Boys. He's already played on some of our tracks, and has been in the studio with us these last couple weeks. It's just better when he's with us. Now we don't have to pay him to record either! haha.

So we found an opening act for tonight's show... but we can't tell you who it is. They kick ass, but we've been sworn to secrecy. You will be mad at yourself if you miss this show. If you do miss the show, have a safe and happy New Year.

We are officially playing on December 29th, but rumors are flying that Dead Moon will not be playing any shows in December. Either way, Andy is flying home to play the show.

OK, here we go...
I Can Lick Any Sonofabtich In The House officially called it quits a couple days before Thanksgiving. SOB was scheduled to open for Dead Moon on Dec 29th: We're in the process of swapping The Runaway Boys onto that show, and will let you know ASAP.

In 2007, we'll probably try to schedule a couple shows with friends' bands as they come through Portland, but mainly work towards finishing the second album. In 2008 though - Andy will be home, and Dewey's new Jiu-Jitsu gym should be running smoothly. We'll finally have a new album ready, and the flexibility to tour.

Andy is living in Arizona now, learning how to work on motorcycles. Dewey is busy opening a Jiu-Jitsu gym. Jon and Flapjack have been touring with SOB. We've put the new album on hold for a little while - more on this soon.
